Guys, tears are just useless everytime, unless you're still a kindergarden student.
Not only for an excuse, someone was not really do his/her working, a lot of them thought EFFORTS are useless for all.
yeah, may be. they may be need courage to accept the truth.
What they scared 'bout is, once they do their best work on it, unfortunately the results are not match to their hardwork.
